Bob Vince was a supporting character. He used to coach one of the school's softball teams, and he is the former history teacher.
When Mr. Vince first started his career in teaching, he was lively and enthusiastic. After some time, his wife ended up leaving him for a younger, more attractive man than he was. This could have been what made Mr. Vince such a grouch.
Mr. Vince is a disgusting, grouchy guy. He usually told students to "Shut up and sit down." He has a bad scratching habit, and he scratches himself in unflattering areas, like his crotch. Mr. Vince had a spit cup that he gags up flem into from chewing tobacco. He probably despised his own homeroom, as he called them all "Retards" for wanting guestspeakers. Mr. Vince can be unfair, as he helped to try and cover up the big softball fiasco the year before, where Casey Acosta presented him evidence that proved his sister, Heater, had framed Sammy and Marissa for vandalizing a rival school, and tried to hide it(as it would have gotten him removed as the Softball coach. That decision ultimately landed him in hot water with Mr. Caan.
In Sammy Keyes and the Wedding Crasher, Mr. Vince faked a breakdown and vandalized his own car just to get money for Hogtoberfest. He hates Billy Pratt and tried to frame him for the "crimes". Bad Mood Bob is now in police custody for commiting these crimes.
